Kathryn Rusnak is a Research Assistant for the Great Lakes Equity Center and the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Urban Education Studies, at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Her research interests include teacher retention and attrition. Prior to working at the Equity Center, Katy served as a high school English teacher in the Indianapolis Public School District.
