This presentation explores the question “What is an Equity Assistance Center (EAC)?” by defining how they are 10 regional EACs funded by the U.S. Department of Education Funded under Title IV of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that provide assistance to public school districts in the areas of race, gender, and national origin equity.
