Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) convenes leaders in state education agencies, teacher preparation programs, school districts, and other key stakeholders to focus on strategies to diversify the future teaching workforce and to ensure all teachers are prepared to use their students’ racial and cultural identity as an asset in their learning.
