Superintendents are central to achieving social justice in public schools. The Key Superintendent Actions for Staying the Course Towards Equitable Outcomes for All Equity Tool was developed by MAP Center staff, in collaboration with superintendents and a district administrator, to outline key actions that support superintendents in staying the course towards realizing equitable outcomes for all students.
