This Equity Plan is a compilation of Department-wide initiatives that are targeted at ensuring ALL of Indiana’s students are receiving the best education possible from the most effective and competent teachers possible. The members of the team that helped in the creation of this equity plan are from the areas of Policy, Educator Effectiveness and Leadership, School Choice, Accountability and Curriculum.
