The goal for this presentation is to provide a forum for a group of new scholars who have focused their work on the education of students of color to present their dissertation findings to an audience of pre-service educators, practitioners, other scholars in the field of education, and concerned community members, and provide a foundation for an interactive exchange of ideas about issues of equity.
