Ruth M. Ruiz-Morales is a Doctoral Student in the Urban Education Studies at Indiana-University-Purdue University-Indianapolis. Her research interests includes career advancement specifically that of Latinx professionals and the higher education experience of Latinx students. Ruth is a proud daughter of immigrants and of Guatemalan descent.
