Erica McCray is an Associate Professor in the School of Special Education, School Psychology, and Early Childhood Studies at the University of Florida. She earned her doctorate at the University of South Florida, Tampa. Prior to joining the faculty at UF, McCray was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida (USF) where she served as the coordinator for the Master’s program. She has experience as a special educator for students with behavioral and learning disabilities in elementary and middle school settings. McCray’s research focuses on teacher quality and faculty development in the context of diversity.
