Christina Kasprzak, MA, is director of the Trohanis Technical Assistance (TA) Projects at the UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. Under Christina's leadership, the Trohanis TA Projects assist Part C and Section 619 programs in enhancing state and local systems to ensure equitable access to high-quality services and supports that result in positive outcomes for all young children with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. Christina co-leads the Early Childhood TA (ECTA) Center and is PI on the FPG subcontract for the Center for IDEA Early Childhood Data Systems. Christina specializes in program evaluation and provides TA to states to support the measurement of child and family outcomes. She led the development of the ECTA System Framework, a guide for state leaders in evaluating their systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing more effective, efficient systems that support implementation of evidence-based practices.
